Ashely Haley, BSN, RN, CNC, CPT
Director of Services, Certified Nurse Injector, Certified Nutrition Coach
With 17 years of nursing experience, Ashley has built a diverse and impressive clinical background, including:
- Serving as an Emergency Room RN (Registered Nurse), House Supervisor, and OB Manager
- Participating in medical mission work in Honduras — an experience that continues to inspire the compassionate care she provides today
- Earning her BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing), a testament to her advanced clinical training and leadership preparation
In her pursuit of creating happy clients, Ashley also combines medical credentials with nutrition and fitness expertise. As a NASM CNC (Certified Nutrition Coach), she delivers evidence-based nutritional guidance to help clients build sustainable habits — enhancing the effectiveness of their weight-loss programs, injectables, and overall wellness. As a NASM CPT (Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine), she brings a deep understanding of muscle movements and body mechanics — empowering clients to achieve balanced, healthy results that complement their aesthetic and wellness treatments.
Ashley also offers a full suite of aesthetic and wellness services, administering a variety of injectables — including B12, The Skinny Shot, and others — along with treatments such as neurotoxins (e.g., wrinkle relaxers), dermal fillers, and advanced body-sculpting technologies.

Sandy Mazza, BSN
Nurse Injector
With over 23 years of diverse clinical experience, Sandy brings exceptional expertise and a deep passion for patient care to her role as an aesthetic nurse injector. Her extensive background in critical care, procedural nursing, and patient education has equipped her with advanced technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and an unwavering commitment to safety in all aesthetic procedures.
Sandy’s approach to aesthetic medicine is rooted in her belief in creating balance and natural enhancement. She is meticulous in her facial assessments, focusing on creating a rejuvenated appearance rather than a transformed one. Her goal is to help each client achieve results that enhance their natural beauty while maintaining their authentic appearance.

Madelon Peck
Aesthetician
Before pursuing a career in the aesthetic field, Madelon gained extensive experience in the fast-paced and high- standard hospitality industry. She worked in restaurant and hotel management on Nantucket Island and in New York City, and she also managed her family’s restaurant in Charlotte, NC. This background instilled in her a deep commitment to excellence in client care and operational efficiency.
Recently, Madelon transitioned into aesthetics, where she focuses on results-driven products and procedures that deliver visible, high-quality outcomes. She has a particular interest in understanding and treating non- normative skin conditions, as well as exploring alternative healing approaches within the realm of aesthetic wellness.
Outside of her work at NuGlo, Madelon enjoys gardening, ceramics, and spending quality time with her French bulldog, Gulliver. She is excited to be part of the NuGlo team, where she combines her passion for aesthetic refinement with a dedication to achieving the best results for every client.
Heather Dyer, LME
Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Heather brings over 20 years of specialized experience as a Medical Aesthetician to nuGLO, making her an invaluable expert in helping clients achieve radiant, healthy skin through personalized skincare solutions. Her extensive experience and passion for skin health make her the perfect partner for clients seeking comprehensive skin transformation and maintenance.
Specializing in custom facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and advanced aesthetic treatments, Heather stays at the forefront of the industry by continuously pursuing education about the latest advancements in aesthetic care. Her commitment to ongoing learning ensures clients receive the most current and effective treatments available.
Heather’s expertise extends beyond treatments to include comprehensive product knowledge, allowing her to recommend the most effective skincare regimens tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. This holistic approach to skin health helps clients maintain and enhance their results between professional treatments.
Her advanced training and certifications include microneedling, microcurrent, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, chemical peels, and dermaplaning, giving her the versatility to address virtually any skin concern with the most appropriate and effective treatment approach.
Outside of her professional life, Heather treasures time spent with her husband, five children, and two grandchildren, bringing the same warmth and caring nature to her family that she provides to every client at nuGLO.
Olivia Caune, FNP-BC
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner & Injector
Olivia brings over 8 years of nursing experience and advanced practice training to her role as an aesthetic nurse practitioner injector at nuGLO. Her diverse background in progressive care and clinical documentation, combined with her advanced education, provides her with the clinical expertise and attention to detail that ensures exceptional patient care.
After graduating from UNC Charlotte in 2017 with her BSN degree, Olivia continued her education at USC, earning her MSN degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2022. This advanced training allows her to approach aesthetic treatments with a comprehensive understanding of health and wellness that enhances every procedure she performs.
Olivia’s approach to aesthetic medicine focuses on enhancing each patient’s natural beauty and unique features while ensuring complete patient satisfaction. She believes in taking time to understand each client’s goals and creating treatment plans that deliver beautiful, natural-looking results.
When she’s not at the clinic, Olivia enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, son, two dogs, and cat. The family loves outdoor activities, traveling to new places, and visiting zoos and aquariums wherever their adventures take them – making it a fun tradition to explore local attractions during their travels.
Ashley Turman
Registered Nurse Injector
Hi! My name is Ashley Turman. I have joined the team at NuGlo with 12+ years of experience as a registered nurse. In 2021, I returned to school and obtained my masters of science in nursing at Duke University. Shortly after, I became board certified as a family nurse practitioner. During my studies, I was fortunate to gain a mentor who is now an obesity educator for a GLP-1 pharmaceutical company, which sparked my interest in medical weight loss. So when my husband chose to incorporate Tirzepatide in his weight loss journey, I was comfortable with his choice and confident it would help him. Being able to see not only his results, but a positive change in his overall health (blood pressure and lipids to name a few), I knew I would find joy in helping others obtain the same. I have spent the last two years walking side by side with patients on their weight wellness journey. It’s not just about weight, it’s about the overall wellbeing and improvement in health.
